Challenge Requirements
Eligibility & Rewards Checklist
To qualify for rewards, your entry must meet these technical standards.
Format: Strictly Vertical (9:16) and at least 45 seconds.
Originality: Only original footage is allowed. No reposts, remixes of old
content,
or non-original audio loops.
Submission: Uploaded to YouTube and submitted via the Official Google Form. Each
participant can submit up to 2 Shorts entries per weekly challenge.
Visual & Content Requirements
Your Short must clearly demonstrate the following "must-have" elements
The Subject: Clearly show the venue, signboard, or landmark so viewers know
exactly
where you are.
The Verdict: Give a quick, honest verdict—tell your audience why this is a
"must-visit" or "must-try" spot.
The Connection: You must tag the location (using the YouTube location tag) AND
use
the name or handle of the partner restaurant, event, or place.
Official Hashtag: Include #SpottedonShorts in your title or description.

Creativity & Storytelling
Strong hook, smooth flow, and emotional connection.
25POINTS
Engagement Metrics
Likes, comments, and shares relative to your channel average.
20POINTS
Precision to Brief
Following all instructions and genre-specific styles.
10POINTS
Hashtags & Presence
Relatable on-camera presence and correct hashtag use.
10POINTS
Consistency & Effort
Production quality and timely submission.
5POINTS
Technical Quality
Clear audio, steady framing, and clean editing.
